Membership

About Membership

Maine ACEP members must also become members of the national American College of Emergency Physicians. Membership is your connection to our state’s emergency physician network and members receive numerous benefits through their dual membership. ACEP and Maine ACEP work for the highest principles of the specialty to benefit both physicians and the patients they serve. In addition, Maine ACEP advocates for state legislation that will positively impact emergency medicine.

Your dual membership in Maine ACEP and national ACEP is your connection to your local emergency medicine network, where you can connect with emergency physicians throughout the state. Renewal of National and State membership is handled though ACEP.
