You are invited to exhibit at the Maine Emergency Medicine Leadership Summit on September 22, 2025.

Exhibitor Information:
- Shipping Instructions: Materials needing to be shipped prior to the meeting can be sent to Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Freeport, 5 Park Street, Freeport, ME 04032. All boxes sent before the conference should be labeled “Attn: Events”.
- Staffing: The exhibit fee includes two on-site representatives. Any additional reps will be required to pay per additional person. All reps will receive the attendee mailing list, a company listing in conference program, acknowledgement in the post-conference materials, admission to all meals and snacks, electricity (if requested).
- Booth Description: We offer table-top exhibits, or in place of a table, you may utilize the space for floor signage. No pipe and drape partition or formal decoration is provided.
- Booth Set Up: Stay tuned … More information will be emailed closer to the event.
- Booth Assignments: The only exhibitor tables that will be reserved are for GOLD and SILVER Sponsors. All other exhibitor space is on a first-come, first-served basis. The location preferences indicated by exhibitors are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
