Materials needing to be shipped prior to the meeting can be sent to Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Freeport, 5 Park Street, Freeport, ME 04032. All boxes sent before the conference should be labeled “Attn: Events“.
Staffing:
• Exhibit fee includes two on-site representatives.
• Additional reps will require an extra fee.
• All reps will receive an attendee mailing list, company listing in conference program, acknowledgement in the post-conference materials, admission to all meals and
snacks, and Electricity (if requested).
Booth Description:
We offer table-top exhibits, or in place of a table, you may utilize the space for floor signage. No pipe and drape partition or formal decoration is provided. More details will be emailed closer to the event.
Booth Assignments:
• GOLD and SILVER Sponsors have reserved tables.
• All other spaces are first-come, first-served.
